Estos Términos de Servicio («Términos») regulan el uso de las plataformas, aplicaciones y servicios de NovusStream S.A.S. (la «Plataforma»). Al crear una cuenta o usar la Plataforma, aceptas estos Términos.
1. Uso de la Plataforma
La Plataforma te permite acceder a productos y servicios digitales operados por NovusStream o por los negocios que la utilizan, incluyendo funciones como reservas, citas o gestión de cuentas según el caso. Te comprometes a usar la Plataforma de forma lícita y a no interferir con su funcionamiento ni con los derechos de otros usuarios.
2. Cuentas
Eres responsable de la información que proporcionas y de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales. La actividad realizada desde tu cuenta es tu responsabilidad. Debes notificarnos cualquier uso no autorizado.
3. Reservas, citas y pagos
Cuando una plataforma se opera para un negocio o establecimiento, las reservas, citas y pagos se realizan con dicho negocio, que es el responsable de prestar el servicio y de sus políticas de precios, cancelación y reembolso. NovusStream actúa como plataforma tecnológica que facilita la conexión entre ambas partes.
4. Contenido y propiedad intelectual
La Plataforma, su software, marcas, logotipos y contenidos son propiedad de NovusStream o de sus licenciantes y están protegidos por la ley. No se concede ningún derecho salvo el de usar la Plataforma conforme a estos Términos.
5. Disponibilidad del servicio
Nos esforzamos por mantener la Plataforma disponible y segura, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento, actualizaciones o causas ajenas a nuestro control. Podemos modificar o descontinuar funciones en cualquier momento.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
La Plataforma se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida permitida por la ley, NovusStream no será responsable por daños indirectos o derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la Plataforma, ni por la prestación de servicios por parte de los negocios o establecimientos que la utilizan.
7. Cancelación
Puedes dejar de usar la Plataforma y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento siguiendo el proceso descrito en nuestro Centro de soporte.
8. Cambios a estos Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha de actualización. El uso continuado de la Plataforma implica la aceptación de los cambios.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República del Ecuador. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de dicha jurisdicción.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of NovusStream S.A.S.'s platforms, applications and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms.
1. Use of the Platform
The Platform lets you access digital products and services operated by NovusStream or by the businesses that use it, including features such as bookings, appointments or account management as applicable. You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or with the rights of other users.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Activity performed from your account is your responsibility. You must notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Bookings, appointments and payments
When a platform is operated for a business or establishment, bookings, appointments and payments are made with that business, which is responsible for providing the service and for its pricing, cancellation and refund policies. NovusStream acts as a technology platform that facilitates the connection between both parties.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Platform, its software, trademarks, logos and content are owned by NovusStream or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
5. Service availability
We strive to keep the Platform available and secure, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NovusStream shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, nor for the provision of services by the businesses or establishments that use it.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time by following the process described in our Support center.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the changes.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
