Puedes eliminar tu cuenta tú mismo, sin escribirle a nadie: You can delete your account yourself, without contacting anyone:
- Ducky Smash Pádel: abre la app → pestaña Perfil → icono de cuenta → sección Cuenta → Eliminar mi cuenta. Ducky Smash Pádel: open the app → Perfil tab → account icon → Cuenta section → Eliminar mi cuenta.
- Ducky Glam: abre la app → pestaña Perfil → al final, Eliminar mi cuenta. Ducky Glam: open the app → Perfil tab → at the bottom, Eliminar mi cuenta.
Te pediremos confirmar con tu contraseña o, si entras con Google o Apple, escribiendo la palabra ELIMINAR. Al confirmar, la cuenta se elimina en el acto y se cierra tu sesión. We'll ask you to confirm with your password or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, by typing the word ELIMINAR. Once confirmed, the account is deleted immediately and your session is closed.
Qué se eliminaWhat is deleted
- Tu correo, nombre, apodo, teléfono y cédula.Your email, name, nickname, phone number and national ID.
- Tu contraseña y el vínculo con Google o Apple. Si usabas Sign in with Apple, revocamos el permiso en Apple.Your password and the link to Google or Apple. If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke the permission with Apple.
- Tu foto de perfil y todas tus sesiones abiertas en cualquier dispositivo.Your profile picture and every open session on any device.
- Tus tokens de notificaciones: dejas de recibir avisos de inmediato.Your notification tokens: you stop receiving alerts immediately.
Después de esto no puedes volver a iniciar sesión con esa cuenta. Si algún día quieres volver, tendrás que registrarte de nuevo. After this you cannot sign in with that account again. If you ever want to come back, you'll need to register from scratch.
Qué se conserva y por quéWhat is kept and why
Los clubes y centros con los que hiciste reservas, citas o pagos conservan esos registros —reservas, cobros y facturas— porque tienen obligaciones contables y tributarias que cumplir. Esos registros dejan de estar asociados a una cuenta y quedan solo con los datos de facturación necesarios. The clubs and salons where you made bookings, appointments or payments keep those records —bookings, charges and invoices— because they have accounting and tax obligations to meet. Those records are no longer linked to any account and keep only the billing data required.
Si más adelante creas una cuenta nueva y vuelves a ese mismo club o centro con la misma cédula, el negocio puede reconectarte con tu historial. If you later create a new account and rejoin that same club or salon with the same national ID, the business can reconnect you with your history.

No hace falta eliminar la cuenta. Desde Mis clubes (o Mis centros en Ducky Glam) puedes darte de baja de uno solo y seguir usando la app con los demás. You don't need to delete your account. From Mis clubes (or Mis centros in Ducky Glam) you can leave just one and keep using the app with the others.

Escríbenos desde el correo asociado a tu cuenta a [email protected] con el asunto «Eliminar cuenta» y lo procesamos por ti. Verificamos tu identidad antes de eliminar nada. Write to us from the email linked to your account at [email protected] with the subject "Delete account" and we'll process it for you. We verify your identity before deleting anything.
